Nuflex Wellness Clinic is searching for superstar therapists to be a part of the team! We are a new clinic, opening in July 2023 in the heart of Langley.  Nuflex Wellness is a multi-disciplinary clinic seeking to add undergraduates to experienced full-time/part-time RMTs who are willing to learn and implement our Flex Stretching Technique (FST). We compensate therapists at a higher rate than those in a typical clinical setting and have all the latest equipment in a custom constructed beautiful facility. We offer a $5000.00 bonus to therapists who make a one-year commitment (based on a 30 hr/week schedule). The bonus is prorated if you wish to work fewer hours. In addition, there is an option to work as either an employee or contractor. 

Our clinic is looking for therapists who are energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work with a team of professionals in a positive and supportive atmosphere. The therapist should be able to work with a diverse range of general rehabilitation and sports injury clients. Our clinic supplies everything from new hydraulic tables to linens, lotions, and supplies, as we want our RMTs to focus on patient care and treatment.

Minimum Requirements:​

​

• ​Registered and have appropriate liability insurance.

• Available between 3-5 shifts/week.

• Advocate for your own growth and development, and learn our Flex Stretching Technique.

• A team player and am always looking to contribute to our clinic’s culture.

• Clear communicator and understanding of the importance of a positive client experience.

• First Aid & CPR certified. (asset)

Job Responsibilities:

​​

• Deliver high-quality, professional, and friendly service to our clients by using clinical reasoning, judgment, and expertise.

• Seek to understand the client’s symptoms, develop and communicate personalized treatment plans, and keep up-to-date records/notes.

• Learn FST and participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education provided from within the organization and external resources.

• Provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients while educating them on the benefits of FST.

• Complete ICBC extensions in a timely fashion
  Maintain a clean, hygienic, and neat work environment at all times. (follow COVID protocol)

• Work with other professionals in a multidisciplinary clinic.

• Competitive split percentage; hands-on time plus substantial tips. Our one-hour appointments have 50 minutes of paid hands-on time. We do not have breaks in between appointments.

• Free monthly massage from an RMT on our team. (when you are scheduled for 20 or more appointments each week)

• Full-service booking/front desk manned full-time.

• Extended health benefits are available to RMTs that maintain a minimum schedule of 20 hours/week.
