FLEX STRETCHING THERAPY (FST)

Flex Stretching is performed on a massage table, lying down sideways. During the Flex Stretching session, your comfort level will be gauged throughout the different stretches, but rest assured, you will be given a deeper stretch than you could ever achieve on your own!

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

The initial session begins with a Full-Body Assessment that inspects how you move, your posture, and areas of pain/discomfort. By understanding the way your body functions, it will aid us to assess the best course of action to ensure your body gets the best treatment and reaches its fullest potential.

Physiotherapy
CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Once we decrease the tension in your body, our therapists work with you to increase control of this new range of motion using personalized, corrective exercises.
